I saw this look the other day and fell in love with it! I'm not sure why but I think it is simply adorable!
If you want this look apparently it's as easy as this;
1) polish your nails with the co our of choice and allow to dry.
2) dip each nail in vodka and place a piece of newsprint (not allowing to move smearing the look) and let sit for 30 seconds before removing.
3) allow to dry and apply your favorite top coat!
